I had an appointment for an oil change at 9am and it took 2 hours. Ive never had to wait that long when having an appointment. Also I was disappointed that the Honda worker voiced his political opinion openly on the back of their cell phone in the work place while representing the company.

Very good experience at PE Honda. My dad and I came to buy my car and Santos was our salesman. He was very pleasant and not pushy like most salesmen. He understood exactly what we wanted and negotiated a good price to bring the price down a little bit. He helped us add the car on the insurance and all the paperwork work was fairly fast and efficient. I would recommend giving this dealership a visit!

I have had a great experience with this dealership for 13 years. We have purchased one car and leased three others and have worked with Tom Cleary each time. Most of our service work has been done here and it is a 64 mile round trip for me. Steve Anderson has been great to work with in the service department. I wanted to lease a new Pilot last fall and there were none available and I was going to skip the service on my old Pilot. Steve worked with Anthony Sherman and they credited the entire service bill and then I was able to pick up my 2022 Pilot in November. They have gone above and beyond for me. I am hoping that Honda will come out with a hybrid Pilot in the future so I do not have to go to a Toyota Highlander. It is a real plus that this dealership does not have a constant turnover in their employees.
My favorite dealership. I drive 40 mins to have all my vehicle services done at Easton Honda. Breton of PEHonda did a super awesome job of keeping me informed about my vehicle. He went as far as to check with body shop about scratches on the hood of the vehicle and to offer advise.Thank you Breton!!!

Easy and painless experience buying a 2022 Honda Pilot. I went through the website, worked with Mark & Matt and their offer was very competitive and was inline with the values listed on True Car so there was no need to haggle. I drove down the very next day to sign the deal and worked with Tom Jr. I asked them to appraise my Jeep Wrangler just to see if their offer would be worth trading it in and again, highly competitive and in line with the Kelley Blue Book value so in less than an hour, I was out of there with a great deal on the Pilot and traded in the Jeep. I can't say enough about how smooth and reasonable the whole deal went. The crew at Phillipsburg Easton Honda did a great job. It also pays to do your homework and research what the reasonable price ranges should be for the model you're interested in. Use True Car to give you an accurate assessment of the price ranges. I had other dealerships quote me offers that were excessively high and they even opened the True Car website, so don't fall for whatever sales speak they use. Look up the data and shop around; you'll get the price you want.
Quickly and efficiently replaced my tire (a tire had gone flat on the road and was driving on the emergency tire-- aka "the donut".) Safety check done but no fluids change because that was recently done. Only difference this visit was no vacuum or front seat area clean up. Maybe pandemic rules or else this courtesy didn't apply for a tire change?

We made the appointment ahead of time online and the Pilot that we were interested in was already out front and ready for us to test drive when we got there, which made the whole process much easier. Phillipsburg Easton Honda is the best dealership I have ever deal with. They are very honest people and you can trust them. They’ll give you the best price ever, no extra fees and no “hidden cost or fees” as most of the dealers does. I just got my pre-owned 2015 Honda Odyssey today from them. My sales person Derrick Baker is the best. He love his job and treats his clients very good. Honestly, if there’s more than 5 stars, I would give Derrick and Phillipsburg. I drove more than 1 hour to get here and it’s really worth it. I encourage everyone want to have a car with a very good experience to deal with them. Love you guys ❤️

My son was looking for a newer vehicle and had no credit history. From the moment we pulled into the lot and met Santos, he was extremely helpful and showed us all of our options. When my son found the car he wanted, there were a few issues trying to get approval due to his credit situation. Santos went above and beyond to help make it work and we finally got the approval so my son could drive home that night in the car he wanted. The whole process was very pleasant and we felt no pressure from any of the staff. Santos was up front and honest the whole time, even stating he could get us approved for another vehicle, but suggested different ways to get the approval for the car we wanted.
